Yes! Our online book club has just re-read the Meno - and we noticed (what had eluded me on previous readings) that Socrates makes a point of reminding Meno that he'd said he'd have to leave before the day on which he could have been initiated into the Mysteries. Yet...by the last part of the dialogue, Meno - billionaire, confident lecturer about virtue, family friend of the Great King - has become humble, eager to learn, keen to serve. A transformation indeed.

It's so important to notice these shifts not sieve off the arguments.

We’ve stepped onto this road of life by some great mystery. And the road is full of travelers. That one over there, yes, that one—is that one not your friend? They beckon, and the chair at the table is empty.

I am looking forward to being at Realisation in a few days. I read your piece with pleasure. It resonated powerfully with my experience of being at Realisation last year for the first time and to friendships that have richly developed from that.

I have been in dialogue with you throughout the past year. I suspect that this is true for many people who read your work, watch your YouTube videos etc. One recommendation lead to discovering the work of Simone Kotva. Thank you.

I hope to say hello but whether I am able to do so or not within a busy programme I wanted to express my appreciation for the way in which you have enriched my life in the last couple of years.
